This Privacy Notice explains how Cartier Creative Sdn. Bhd. (“Cartier Creative”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and handles personal data through hub.driwego.com (the “Hub”).

We process personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

If you are a buyer or seller on the Driwego marketplace, please also refer to the Driwego Marketplace Privacy Policy, which governs personal data collected and processed in connection with marketplace transactions.

1. What we collect and why

Support forms

When you submit a support form on the Hub, we collect:

Your name and contact details (email, phone number);
Your order or transaction reference (where applicable);
A description of your issue or enquiry;
Any supporting information you choose to provide.

This data is used solely to review and respond to your enquiry. Support submissions are handled manually by the Driwego team. Where your enquiry relates to a marketplace transaction, relevant details may be shared internally with the team managing that transaction.

Career applications

When you apply for a position through the Hub, we collect:

Your name, contact details, and any other information included in your application or CV;
Details of your qualifications, work experience, and skills.

This data is used to assess your application and, where relevant, to contact you regarding the role. Application data is accessible only to team members involved in the hiring process.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it will be deleted. If you would like your data removed sooner, contact us at the details in Section 6.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to the Driwego newsletter, we collect your email address.

Your email is used only to send you newsletters and updates from Driwego. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The Hub may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. page views, traffic sources). This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual users. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

2. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Internal teams — to review and action support requests, process job applications, and manage newsletter distribution.
Service providers — third-party tools used to operate the Hub (e.g. form handling, email delivery, analytics). These providers process data on our behalf and are required to maintain appropriate safeguards.
Authorities — where required by law or court order.

3. Data retention

Support form data: retained for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes.
Career application data: retained for up to 12 months from submission if unsuccessful; longer if an offer is made and accepted.
Newsletter email: retained until you unsubscribe.
Analytics data: retained in aggregate form per our analytics provider’s standard retention settings.

4. Your rights under PDPA

Subject to PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may:

Request access to personal data we hold about you;
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
Withdraw consent to processing by written notice (where withdrawal applies, we will cease processing, but this may affect our ability to handle your enquiry or application).

5. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Changes take effect when published on the Hub. Continued use of the Hub after changes means you acknowledge the updated notice.
