A collection is a curated group of your listings presented together. For a workshop, it is the answer to one of the most common buyer situations: they do not come in for one specific job. They come in with a list.

The car needs an oil change, brake pads, and a coolant top-up. Or a tyre rotation, wheel alignment, and a battery check. The buyer knows roughly what they need but wants to see the full scope and the total cost before committing. A collection lets you present exactly that — a group of services, priced individually, totalled together — as a single shareable package.

How it works operationally

You create a collection in the dashboard, give it a title, and add whichever of your published listings belong in that package. The buyer receives the collection as a link they can browse and approve. When they confirm, each item in the collection becomes part of their order.

Collections solve a problem the standard listing search does not. A buyer searching for services one at a time sees disconnected listings from multiple sellers. A collection from your workshop shows them everything you are proposing to do to their car, in one view, from one accountable seller. It reduces the number of decisions they need to make and increases the likelihood they book the full scope rather than cherry-picking the cheapest individual item.

When collections make the most sense

Routine maintenance packages

Service A + Service B + Service C — the standard visit for a car at a given mileage. The buyer knows they need it. A collection makes it easy to say yes to everything at once.

Pre-trip inspection packages

A curated set of safety checks before a long journey. The buyer's motivation is peace of mind. The collection frames your services around that motivation.

Repeat customer quotes

A buyer who has been before calls ahead to ask what their next visit will cost. You build a collection with exactly what they need and send it. They confirm from their phone without coming in first.

Collections are available as a platform feature now. The Workshop Collections module — curated packages that auto-generate from vehicle history and service intervals — is launching mid-2026 as an enhanced version. What you build here feeds directly into that system.
