How seller settlement works — the full picture

Sellers are paid through a settlement cycle — not at the moment of purchase. Here is exactly how it works and what to check if something does not arrive.
What triggers a settlement
A buyer completes their order — either by confirming receipt, or when the automatic confirmation window closes.
The completed order value (minus applicable platform fees) is added to the seller's pending payout balance.
At the end of the settlement cycle, pending balances are queued for payout to the seller's registered bank account.
Sellers can also request a payout manually from the Payouts section in the vendor panel without waiting for the automated cycle.
What you can see in your vendor panel
Pending balance — what has been earned from completed orders but not yet paid out.
Settlement history — completed payouts with timestamps and the order references they include.
Pending order breakdown — which orders are included in the current pending total.
If your settlement hasn't arrived
Check your payout account first. Settlements cannot be released without a valid bank account on file. The vendor panel will flag this if it's the issue.
Check order status. Only completed orders contribute to settlement. Fulfilled but unconfirmed orders are still in the confirmation window.
Check for disputes or returns. These hold or remove the affected order from the settlement calculation until resolved.
If all of the above are clear and a submitted payout request has not processed, contact Driwego support with the relevant order IDs and your payout request timestamp.
