Walkthrough

When a buyer books a service through Driwego, the booking appears in your Orders dashboard immediately. From here to the moment the car leaves your workshop, every step has a corresponding action in the platform.

Navigate to Orders. Find the new booking — it shows a payment status and a fulfilment status, the same as a parts order. For a service booking, the fulfilment status begins at Not Fulfilled.

Reviewing the booking

Click into the order to see the full booking detail. Check:

Service requested

Confirm the listing and variant match what you expected. If the buyer booked a collection, you will see all the services listed individually.

Appointment details

Date, time, and any buyer notes. If the buyer has specified car details or questions, read them before the appointment.

Buyer contact

The Support section on the order page shows the buyer's contact number as a direct WhatsApp link. Use this if you need to confirm anything before the appointment.

Starting the service

When the buyer arrives and the work begins, find the order in your dashboard and click Start Service. A form opens. You can optionally upload photos here — the car on arrival, the current condition of the part being replaced, any visible issue you are about to address.

These photos are your record. If a buyer later questions the scope of work or disputes what was done, this documentation is your evidence. For significant jobs, upload them. For routine services, use your judgement.

Click Submit. The order status moves to Fulfilled. The buyer sees that their service is underway.

The step most workshop sellers miss is starting the service in the platform at all. The appointment happens, the job is done, and the seller marks it complete — but the buyer never saw 'in progress' in their order view. That gap between 'I booked' and 'it's done' with no platform confirmation in between is an anxiety window. Close it by updating the status when the work starts.
