Found a listing that is fake, misleading, incorrectly described, or violates platform rules.

What happens next

Submit the listing URL and explain the issue

  1. Our team reviews the listing (within 2 business days)

  2. If violation confirmed, listing is removed or seller is contacted to fix it

  3. You receive confirmation via email

All reports are reviewed within 48 hours.

A seller is unresponsive, behaving improperly, or acting outside what Driwego allows on the platform.

Submit seller name, order details, and explanation of the issue

  1. We investigate and contact the seller (2 business days)

  2. Action taken if misconduct is confirmed (warning, suspension, or removal)

  3. You are notified of the outcome

All seller reports are investigated within 48 hours.

Dispute a Transaction

You and a seller disagree on how an order was handled. We will review both sides and mediate.

Submit your version of events with evidence (photos, messages)

  1. We collect the other party's side of the story

  2. Both sides reviewed by our team (3-5 business days)

  3. Decision made and communicated to both parties

  4. Resolution executed (refund, replacement, or case closed)

Disputes are resolved within 7 business days of opening.

Transaction Issues

Have your order number ready. For item issues, include a photo. For seller/listing reports, include the shop name or URL.

Before you submit a transaction issue: Try contacting the seller directly first.

Most order issues (wrong items, delays, damages) can be resolved faster when you and the seller work it out directly.

Only reach to Driwego if the seller is unresponsive or you cannot reach an agreement.

Paid for an order and need your money back. We will review your case and respond within 2 business days.

  2. You receive our decision via email

  3. If approved, refund processed to original payment method (3-5 business days)

Received an item and need to send it back. Tell us what happened and we will coordinate with the seller.

  2. You receive return shipping instructions via email

  3. Ship the item back (seller covers cost if item was faulty)

  4. Refund issued once seller confirms receipt

Your order was marked delivered but nothing arrived, or it has been too long since you heard anything.

Submit your order number and delivery details

  1. We contact the seller and courier (same day)

  2. Investigation begins — we track the package or confirm non-delivery

  3. Resolution provided within 3 business days (refund or re-ship)

When the item arrived is not what was listed, is the wrong fitment, or arrived in unusable condition.

  3. Refund or replacement sent once resolution is confirmed
