Operation
Driwego's marketplace is only as good as the sellers on it. Parts retailers who list accurately. Workshops who describe their services clearly. Sellers who understand that the buyer on the other side has done their research and deserves a straight answer.
This role is responsible for bringing those sellers in and supporting them once they're here. Acquisition in this context is not cold outreach — it's responding to sellers who have already raised their hand, handling demo requests, walking them through what selling on Driwego actually looks like, and converting genuine interest into active listings. Once they're in, you're their first point of contact when they have questions, run into friction, or need help getting more out of the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle inbound acquisition.
Demo requests, 'how do I become a seller' inquiries, onboarding questions — these land with you. You respond promptly, qualify the interest, and walk prospective sellers through the platform with enough clarity that they can make an informed decision to join. You're not selling them something they don't need. You're helping the right ones in.
2. Onboard new sellers.
From completed registration through to their first live listing. You'll guide sellers through account setup, shop configuration, and the basics of listing well. The Seller Academy exists as a resource — you'll direct sellers to it and supplement it where they need more direct support.
3. Service and support active sellers.
Once sellers are live, questions keep coming. Listing issues, order management questions, payout queries, platform changes — you're the relationship. You keep them informed, resolve what you can, and escalate to the right team member when you can't.
4. Be the feedback channel between sellers and the product team.
Sellers will tell you what isn't working before they tell anyone else. That information is useful — but only if it reaches the right people with enough specificity to act on. You'll surface seller feedback to the product and operations team in a form they can actually use.
5. Use AI as a working tool.
AI is part of how this team works. For drafting seller communications, preparing onboarding materials, researching categories, working through problems faster. We expect you to already be someone who reaches for these tools naturally — not someone who's been told to start using them.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a sales, account management, business development, or customer success role — ideally in a context where you were responsible for both bringing people in and keeping them engaged.
Clear communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and verbal. Sellers will ask the same question fifteen different ways. Your job is to give a clear answer every time.
Organised enough to manage multiple seller relationships at different stages simultaneously without things slipping.
Comfortable with platforms and internal tools. You don't need to be technical, but you need to be able to navigate a product confidently enough to show someone else how it works.
Already using AI in your work — for drafting, research, communication, preparation. Not experimenting with it. Using it.
Self-directed. Acquisition that depends entirely on being told who to call next is not what this role is.
Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or working with SME sellers. Familiarity with the Malaysian automotive aftermarket is an advantage — but intellectual curiosity about it is the real requirement.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience onboarding sellers or vendors onto a marketplace platform.
Familiarity with the challenges small parts retailers or workshops face in operating online.
Experience using AI to personalise seller outreach or support communications at scale.
