Before your first order can settle, Driwego needs to know where to send your money.
This is a one-time setup. Once your bank details are saved, every settlement from that point forward goes to the same account automatically. You do not need to action anything per transaction.
From your dashboard, navigate to Payout Account in the left sidebar.
What you need
Have your bank details ready before you start. You will need three things:
Bank Account Number
Your account number exactly as it appears on your bank statement or in your banking app. Double-check this. A wrong account number means your settlement goes to the wrong place and recovery takes time.
Bank Name
The name of your bank — Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and so on. Select from the field provided.
Bank Holder Name
The name registered to the account. This must match the name on the account exactly as the bank has it. If the account is under your company name, use the company name. If it is under your personal name, use your personal name.
Important
The payout account must be a Malaysian bank account. Driwego settles in Ringgit Malaysia. Overseas accounts are not supported at this stage.
If you are operating as a registered company, the payout account should ideally be the company account, not a personal account. This keeps your business and personal finances clean and avoids complications when transaction volume increases.
You can update your payout account details at any time from the Payout Account page. If you need to change banks or accounts later — for example, if you open a dedicated business account — the update takes effect from the next settlement cycle.
Once saved
Driwego reviews payout account submissions before activating them. This is a standard verification step. You do not need to do anything further — settlement will be processed to your account once your first order is completed and the review is clear.
Your shop is now set up. Account live, profile complete, payout connected. You are ready to publish your first listing.
