Lesson 1 of
3
Before anything else, you need an account. This takes about three minutes. There are two parts: the registration form, then the onboarding form. Both happen in sequence the first time you sign up.
Go to the Driwego vendor panel and click Register. You will not need a credit card, there is no fee to sign up.
Step 1 — Registration form
The registration form collects your personal details and sets up your login credentials. Fill in the following:
First Name / Last Name
Your name as an individual — not your business name. This is your account identity, not your shop name.
Phone
A working phone number. This is used for account-level contact and verification. Use a number you actively monitor.
Your business email if you have one. This becomes your login. You will receive account notifications here.
Password / Confirm Password
Set a strong password. You will not be able to recover your account easily if this is lost.
Click Complete registration. If everything is correct, you will be taken directly to the onboarding form.
Step 2 — Onboarding form
The onboarding form is where your business details are collected. This is separate from your personal registration. It has three sections.
Section 1 — Company General Details
Workshop Name
The name your shop will display publicly on Driwego. This is what buyers see on your listings and profile page. Use the name your customers already know you by.
Company Name
Your registered business name — the legal entity. If you are operating as an individual and not a registered company, you may use your own name here. This is for internal verification, not public display.
Section 2 — Account Verification
You will be asked to choose a verification type and provide the corresponding number.
MyKad IC Number
Use this if you are an individual seller or sole proprietor. Enter your 12-digit MyKad number without dashes.
Business SSM Number
Use this if your business is registered with SSM. Enter your SSM registration number exactly as it appears on your certificate.
Driwego uses this to verify that you are a real operator running a real business. It is not displayed publicly. If you are unsure which to use, use IC for now — you can update this later from your storefront settings.
Section 3 — Pickup Address
This is the address Driwego uses as your default pickup point for orders. For parts retailers, this is where the courier collects. For workshops, this is your physical premises address.
Address Line 1
Street number and street name. Be precise — this is what the courier driver reads.
Address Line 2
Unit number, floor, or additional location detail. Optional but useful for shophouses or units in a commercial block.
Postal Code
Your 5-digit Malaysian postcode.
City
The city your address is in.
State
Select your state from the dropdown. All Malaysian states are listed.
Click Complete registration. Your account is now live and you will be taken to your seller dashboard.
Your account status after registration is 'not approved' — this is normal. Approval happens after Driwego reviews your verification details. You can continue building your shop profile and listings while approval is pending.
