Fulfilment is the physical side of the transaction — from the moment you confirm the order to the moment it leaves your hands. Every step here is visible to the buyer. Do it well and the review writes itself.
From the order detail page, find the Fulfilment section. Click Start Service to begin.
What happens when you start the service
A form opens where you can optionally upload proof media — photos of the packed item, the part with its label visible, the parcel ready to ship. This is not mandatory, but it is worth doing for high-value items. It is your protection if a buyer later claims the wrong item was sent.
Once submitted, Driwego creates a shipment through EasyParcel. The system generates an airway bill (AWB) — your shipping label — based on your pickup address and the buyer's delivery address.
EasyParcel and the AWB
Print the AWB and attach it to the parcel. If you need to find a drop-off point, use the Drop Off Drawer on the fulfilment section — select your state and city to see the nearest drop-off locations for your assigned courier.
Drop off the parcel at the designated point. The tracking number activates once the courier scans the item. The buyer receives a tracking notification automatically.
Marking as delivered
For orders fulfilled through EasyParcel, delivery confirmation is handled automatically via courier tracking data. You do not need to manually mark these as delivered.
For orders fulfilled outside of EasyParcel — for example, a workshop collection or a direct handoff — use the Mark as Delivered option on the fulfilment section once the buyer has the item. This triggers the settlement calculation for that order.
The step most new sellers miss: marking the order status after dispatch. If you send the item but do not update the order, the buyer sees no movement, the settlement is delayed, and you will get a message asking where their order is. Update the status. It takes ten seconds.
